How does the STRAPOPS setup work?

The tracking number is sent in the shipping email when the parcel is picked up. It is different from the order number. If you have not received that email yet, your order may not have shipped yet.

My tracking number is not working. Is that normal?

Yes, this can happen right after shipping. The carrier must first scan the parcel and publish the first information. Try again a few hours later, checking that the number was copied without extra spaces.

Delay

Tracking has not moved for several days.

Tracking can stay unchanged between sorting centers, during international transit, or before a carrier update. If it stays blocked beyond the usual delay announced at order time, contact support with your order number.

Delivered

The parcel is marked delivered, but I have not received it.

First check the mailbox, building manager, a neighbor, pickup point, or a secure place around the home. If you cannot find anything, quickly contact support with your order number and delivery address.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact support as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been prepared, a correction may sometimes be possible. If it has already shipped, the change depends on the carrier.
